chamomile shortbread slice recipe**

My chamomile plants in the garden are finally blooming which I've been waiting for a long time.
I tried so many different chamomile seeds and plants but
 all ended up just growing the greens with no flowers.
This time I bought a different kind of chamomile seeds.
I forgot the name of this chamomile, but it's a little bit bigger than the german chamomile and
looks like it worked well with my garden's soil.
I am enjoying seeing and smelling these lovely aromatic yellow/white flowers everyday.

Today I'll share the recipe inspired by the lovely chamomile flowers, 
the shortbread with chamomile,vanilla and jam.
Buttery shortbread with sweet aroma of chamomile and a fruity jam are perfect combination.
They will absolutely melt in your mouth;)

This time I used my favorite jam, apricot jam. But you can use any kind of jam you like.

No-bake cheesecake recipe.

Cheesecake is one of my all-time favorite dessert.
I like both baked and no-bake cheesecake.
But I make no-bake cheesecake more often especially during the summertime.
I don't need to turn on the oven to make it but yet still have
creamy, smooth and delectable bold cheesecake flavor.

This time I used the bear shaped graham crackers, because I wanted to decorate with them.
But you can use any kind of graham crackers for the crust.

Lemon / Lime curd recipe ♪♪

Lemon curd.
Lovely bright yellow color, rich, creamy and lemony delicious spread.
It's perfect with pancakes, scones,cookies and you can also use it as a dessert filling,too.

Making your own lemon curd is very simple and easy.
You'll need only four ingredients and won't take much time.
It's worth making your own.
Fresh and much tastier than a store-purchased;)

This time I used the curd as a filling of meringue kisses.
The sweetness of the meringue cookies and the sourness of the lemon curd was just perfect!

Yogurt mousse with cherry sauce with recipe♡

Yay! Cherry season has finally arrived.
I'm not sure how much I have been eating cherries last few days.
I (+ my kids) eat them like crazy;) 
♡ cherries!! 

I don't really like to "bake" with them because they are already fantastic on their own.
They are sweet, fresh,juicy and can be just a great snack or dessert as is.
But I have been enjoying making sauces and jams with fruits recently and I decided to make with
cherries for the first time.
 Well, it turned out just wonderful!
 Fruity, rich and bold intense cherry flavor stands out and it was so delicious!
I thought this sweet cherry sauce would be a perfect match with slightly sour yogurt mousse 
and tried that last week.

And yes, successful. 
Sweet cherries and the sourness of the yogurt and lemon was a perfect match!
All of my family enjoyed it so much,too:)
I am sure this would be a one of the best summer dessert.

Just to make sure to strain the plain yogurt the day before you want to make this mousse.
This process makes this mousse creamy, rich and delicious!

weekend meyer lemon cake recipe♪

It called "Le week-end citron" in French I believe, which was named so 
because it remains fresh and delicious all weekend long.

This moist,lemony and flavorful cake would be just perfect to serve with weekend afternoon tea or on Sunday brunch especially for summer season.
I always use my beloved lemon, "meyer lemons" to make this cake.
They are sweeter and more aromatic than regular lemons and I think the zest of
the meyer lemons have the most wonderful citrus aroma.
Adding both the juice and the zest makes this cake very lemony and flavorful.
Just make sure to zest only the top yellow peel and not the white pith underneath;)

Caramel Flan ♪ Recipe ♪♪

One of my all-time favorite dessert from my childhood is flan.
Sweet,creamy and comforting custard with slightly bitter caramel sauce 
simply melt in mouth! I ♥ flan so much!
I think it's a great dessert for any occasion, any time.

Today I'll share my delicious no-bake basic flan recipe.
Simple ingredients and easy-to-follow :)

The most important step of this recipe is straining.
After you mix all the ingredients, strain the mixture with fine strainer and 
remove bits of egg that may have coagulated.
This step is the key to a smooth and silky perfect flan ;)

Jam dot cookies ○●Recipe●○

Colorful and lovely cookies you can fill the dots with your favorite jam;)
Buttery shortbread-like cookies with some nutty flavor will match with any kind of jam or preserve.
This time I filled them with apricot, raspberry and black raspberry jam.

You can also cut out the dough with cookie cutters to make pretty shapes.
(After refrigerate the dough for about 1hour)
This easy to follow delicious cookie recipe is perfect for Easter!

Matcha green tea & white chocolate cake * Recipe

I love matcha green tea so much.
Bold and strong but not too bitter, fresh and rich aroma always makes me relax:)
And I love use it with baking, too.
I make cookies, cakes, macarons, mousse or anything with matcha.
I think matcha works great with all kinds of baking.

This is one of my favorite, "matcha green tea & white chocolate cake".
The combination of the white chocolate and matcha makes this cake very moist, sweet and rich.

I recommend to use a good quality white chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli's).
