Jam dot cookies ○●Recipe●○

Colorful and lovely cookies you can fill the dots with your favorite jam;)
Buttery shortbread-like cookies with some nutty flavor will match with any kind of jam or preserve.
This time I filled them with apricot, raspberry and black raspberry jam.

You can also cut out the dough with cookie cutters to make pretty shapes.
(After refrigerate the dough for about 1hour)

Matcha green tea & white chocolate cake * Recipe

I love matcha green tea so much.
Bold and strong but not too bitter, fresh and rich aroma always makes me relax:)
And I love use it with baking, too.
I make cookies, cakes, macarons, mousse or anything with matcha.
I think matcha works great with all kinds of baking.

This is one of my favorite, "matcha green tea & white chocolate cake".
The combination of the white chocolate and matcha makes this cake very moist, sweet and rich.

I recommend to use a good quality white chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli's).
