Cheesecake is one of my all-time favorite dessert.
I like both baked and no-bake cheesecake.
But I make no-bake cheesecake more often especially during the summertime.
I don't need to turn on the oven to make it but yet still have
creamy, smooth and delectable bold cheesecake flavor.
This time I used the bear shaped graham crackers, because I wanted to decorate with them.
But you can use any kind of graham crackers for the crust.
